Shipping & Delivery
At Lxvezlkv, we are committed to delivering thoughtfully designed kitchen essentials directly to your home. Our product selection may include cooking tools, food storage solutions, baking accessories, countertop organizers, serveware, coffee accessories, and other everyday kitchen items.
lxvezlkv.com may work with major international and domestic shipping carriers, including FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS, and their local delivery partners, depending on your delivery destination, item availability, and fulfillment location. This allows us to provide convenient door-to-door delivery service for our customers.
Shipping Fees
Standard Shipping Fee: $2.99 USD
Applicable shipping fees, taxes, discounts, and any available shipping promotions will be displayed at checkout before your order is completed.
Certain oversized, heavy, fragile, or specialty kitchen items, such as large storage sets, cookware bundles, ceramic serveware, or glass containers, may require additional shipping charges. Any additional charge will be clearly displayed during checkout.
Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation and order verification.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
During holidays, promotional events, periods of high order volume, or temporary stock shortages, processing may take longer. In certain cases, processing may require up to 10 business days.
We process and ship orders on business days only, from Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

After your order has shipped, the estimated delivery time within the United States is:

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier operations, destination address, severe weather, holiday volume, customs procedures where applicable, or other events outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Tracking updates may take a short period of time to become active after your shipment confirmation email is sent.
For orders containing multiple kitchen products, items may be shipped separately due to product size, packaging needs, warehouse availability, or fulfillment partner arrangements. In this case, packages may arrive on different dates and may have separate tracking numbers.
Packaging for Kitchen Products
We take care to package kitchen products appropriately for transportation.
Products such as silicone utensils, organizers, storage containers, measuring tools, cutting boards, and baking accessories may be packed compactly to help protect them during shipping.
Fragile items, including ceramic pieces, glass jars, serving bowls, butter dishes, or glass storage containers, may be packaged with additional protective materials. Please inspect all fragile products carefully upon delivery.
Minor packaging marks or slight compression of non-fragile packaging materials do not necessarily indicate product damage. However, cracked glass, broken ceramic pieces, severely damaged containers, missing components, or unusable kitchen tools should be reported promptly.
Payment Verification
Your payment method may be authorized when your order is submitted and charged after your order information and payment details have been reviewed and approved for shipment, depending on the payment method used.
To help prevent unauthorized transactions and credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information, inconsistent payment details, or orders requiring additional verification may experience delays or may be cancelled.
Your final order total, including product cost, shipping charges, discounts, and applicable taxes, will be shown at checkout.
Order Changes & Address Corrections
We begin processing orders as soon as they are confirmed. Therefore, once your order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made.
This includes changes to:
- Shipping address
- Billing information
- Product selection
- Quantity
- Color, size, or style options
Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout. Please review your address carefully before completing your purchase.
If an order is returned, delayed, or undeliverable because of an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer, any applicable reshipping or return costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Separate Shipments
Because Lxvezlkv offers kitchen products with different sizes, weights, packaging requirements, and warehouse locations, a single order may occasionally be delivered in more than one package.
For example, fragile serveware, storage container sets, kitchen organizers, and cooking tools may be packaged and shipped separately for safer transportation.
If you receive only part of your order, please refer to your shipping confirmation email and tracking information before contacting customer support, as the remaining items may still be in transit.
Delivery Delays
While we make every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery, lxvezlkv.com is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
- Carrier delays
- Severe weather conditions
- Public holidays
- High seasonal shipping volume
- Customs or inspection procedures, where applicable
- Labor disputes or transportation disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer

Customs Duties, Taxes & Other Fees
For orders delivered within the United States, applicable sales tax, where required, will generally be calculated during checkout.
For orders shipped outside the United States, packages may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, VAT, handling fees, or customs clearance charges upon arrival in the destination country or region.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these additional international charges are the responsibility of the recipient. lxvezlkv.com does not control customs charges and cannot predict their exact amount.
If an international shipment is refused and returned, the customer may be responsible for related return shipping charges, customs fees, import taxes, or handling costs.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please take the following steps:
- Check your porch, mailbox, side entrance, garage, parcel locker, reception area, or other safe delivery locations.
- Ask household members, neighbors, building staff, or front desk personnel whether they received the package.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly to request delivery confirmation or additional information.
- Contact us with your order number and tracking details.
Once a package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, lxvezlkv.com is not responsible for packages that are subsequently lost, misplaced, or stolen. However, we will do our best to assist you with available delivery information.
Damaged, Broken, or Defective Items
We carefully package our kitchen products to help protect them during delivery. If your order arrives damaged, broken, defective, or missing essential parts, please contact us promptly after delivery.
This is especially important for fragile or functional kitchen items, including:
- Glass food storage containers
- Ceramic bowls, jars, dishes, or serveware
- Cutting boards with significant cracks or damage
- Containers with broken lids or unusable seals
- Damaged kitchen tools or organizers
- Missing components from a product set
To review your request, we may ask you to provide:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the outer packaging
- Photos of any broken, cracked, or missing components
- Tracking or delivery information
Please keep the original packaging until your request has been reviewed, especially for damaged glass or ceramic products.
Important Note for Food Storage & Kitchen Tools
For food storage containers, lids, utensils, cookware accessories, or other kitchen products intended for regular use, please inspect the item before first use.
Do not use products that arrive cracked, broken, chipped, severely warped, or visibly damaged. If you receive an unusable item, please contact customer support with photos before using or disposing of the product.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
Because we begin processing orders immediately, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has been placed.
Once a shipment has been handed over to the carrier, we may be unable to retrieve, redirect, or modify the package. Additional costs caused by incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, failed delivery attempts, or returned packages may be the customer’s responsibility.
